Problem
Website navigation was convoluted, making it difficult for users to find products efficiently. This led to frustration and increased bounce rates as visitors struggled to locate items of interest.
The product pages were cluttered with excessive information and lacked visual hierarchy, overwhelming users and detracting from the overall shopping experience.
The design language across various sections of the website was inconsistent, resulting in a disjointed user journey that eroded brand trust and credibility.
Solution
I revamped the website navigation by implementing a clear and intuitive menu structure. This involved categorizing products logically, optimizing search functionality, and streamlining the browsing experience to help users find what they're looking for with ease.
I redesigned the product pages with a focus on clarity and simplicity. By decluttering the layout, prioritizing essential information, and incorporating visually engaging elements such as high-quality product images and concise descriptions, I created an immersive shopping experience that captivated users and encouraged conversions.
To ensure consistency and coherence across the entire website, I developed a comprehensive design system that encompassed UI elements, typography, color palette, and interaction patterns. This unified design language not only enhanced brand recognition but also facilitated seamless navigation and usability for users.
