Problem
The initial onboarding process was cumbersome and time-consuming, leading to high dropout rates among new users who found it overwhelming.
Users reported difficulty navigating through the website's various features and functionalities, resulting in frustration and a steep learning curve.
Solution
I revamped the website's navigation structure to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. This involved reorganizing menu options, implementing a bottom navigation bar for easy access to essential features, and incorporating visual cues to guide users through their journey.
